These Terms of Service govern your use of castlerydeal.com and your purchases from Castlerydeal. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Who can use this website
    You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age in your location, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate account, payment, and delivery information.
  2. Orders and acceptance
    When you place an order, you receive an order confirmation email. Your order is accepted when we send that confirmation. We cancel an order if the item is unavailable, the payment is not authorized, the delivery address is not serviceable, or the order appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order, we refund the amount paid to the original payment method.
  3. Prices and fees
    Product prices and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Shipping is free. Castlerydeal does not add handling, processing, service, or other hidden fees at checkout. The amount shown on the checkout page before you place your order is the amount you pay for the product and shipping. If a price is incorrect, we contact you before processing the order. You confirm the corrected price or cancel the order.
  4. Payment
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Payment is authorized when you place your order. We do not store full card numbers on our website. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers.
  5. Shipping
    We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international destinations, or PO boxes. Orders require a physical street address. Processing time is 1–2 business days after the 2:00 PM ET cut-off. Transit time is 3–5 business days. Total delivery time is 4–7 business days after order cut-off. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. The full Shipping Policy applies.
  6. Returns and refunds
    Returns follow the Return & Refund Policy. The return window is 30 calendar days from delivery. Returns that meet the policy conditions are free. We do not charge restocking fees or reset fees. Refunds go to the original payment method. We process refunds within 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank or payment provider needs 7–10 business days to show the refund.
  7. Product information

  8. Intellectual property
    All website text, images, logos, and design elements belong to Castlerydeal or are used with permission. You cannot copy, reproduce, or use our website content for commercial purposes without written permission.

    You agree not to use this website for illegal activity, fraud, false orders, scraping, data mining, interference with website security, or misrepresentation of Castlerydeal. You agree not to resell Castlerydeal products as your own brand or claim a partnership with Castlerydeal.
  10. User content
    If you send us reviews, photos, or comments, you give Castlerydeal permission to use them for customer service, website content, and marketing. You confirm that you own the content you send and that it does not violate another person’s rights.
  11. Disclaimer
    We provide product descriptions, images, and measurements for general information. We do not promise that every screen color is exact. We do not promise that the website is uninterrupted or error-free. If you find an error, contact us and we review it.
  12. Limitation of liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Castlerydeal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
  13. Indemnity
    You agree to indemnify Castlerydeal against claims, losses, or costs that result from your misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.
  14. Governing law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Disputes are handled in the courts located in New Jersey, unless the law requires another location.
  15. Changes to these Terms
    We update these Terms by posting the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
