Castlerydeal accepts Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. The payment methods shown at checkout are the methods we accept. We do not accept cash on delivery, checks, or wire transfers.
Checkout total: the checkout page shows the amount before you place your order. Shipping is free. Castlerydeal does not add handling, processing, service, or other hidden fees at checkout. The amount shown on the checkout page is the amount you pay for the product and shipping.
Payment authorization: when you place an order, your payment method is authorized. If the payment is not authorized, the order does not move to processing. We contact you if payment fails or if more information is needed.
Payment security: we use HTTPS and trusted payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our website. Card data is processed by payment providers that follow industry security standards.
Refunds: refunds go to the original payment method. After we receive and inspect a return, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. Your bank or payment provider needs 7–10 business days to show the refund on your statement.
